This program features the following:

  • 1 15-minute video of Close-Ups

  • 1 36-page Manual detailing all the exercises (PDF)

The exercises are divided into three major sections:

  • Supine 15 groups

  • Kneeling /Seated/Prone 6 groups

  • Standing 7 groups

We suggest that you start with the 40-minute video, which when taught in a class will extend to 60-75 minutes.
