Two Videos: one video Yuu Fujita is teaching Lina Carpenito, Breige O'Donnell-Smith, and Elaine DeMarkondes- three fitness professionals - for 75 minutes all of the exercises from the manual plus. In the second video, Yuu Fujita is performing and teaching the basics for 60 minutes that she feels are the most effective using the new TYE4X™.
